It just keeps flashing up "Err". Do you know how to clear this, as I can't enter a code. Also, what do you press for 0?

To enter 0 leave alone and go
2nd button twice
3rd and 4th 4 times. when your code 0244 is displayed , press 5th button

Leave on for thirty mins might clear the ERR, you need the word code displayed before using 0244

The multiple button pushes are not applicable to this Stereo. As soon as you press 2 (once) the value 2 appears. Pressing again, and you get another 2 next to it. The 30 minute timeout works, but I'll have to wait another 30 minutes to try again, as pushing the button twice and getting the code wrong locked me out again.

Sorry I've been away. Thirteen minutes after I posted my request for help on a radio code you posted your answer, and it was the right one. My daughter is no longer annoyed with me for solving the initial fuse related problem and thereby depriving her of her music. Brillliant. Many thanks. I'm now out of the doghouse, until the next time.

Hello there, new around here, just wondering if anyone can find the code for a cd player I took out of my old escort before it got scrapped? Model is 6006E, Ser. No. M004175

Any help would be much appreciated, ta in advance.

Hi Guys,
Are you sure the code is 0244 and you enter it with multiple pushes on the preset buttons?
It isnt working that way.
One push - one number appears, second push, anothe number.

No , not 100% we normally require the letter M followed by 6 numbers.
Obtained by removing radio from dash board.
The radio will display ... C.O.D. E.
Then we can help .
