I have just bought my first car, a Vauxhaul Corsa, only to find out that the radio is in safe mode. I have been relentlessly looking on the internet to try and find the code but to no avail. My dad managed to take it out and get the serial no's off it, but Vauxhaul still want £25 for the code. I downloaded a database but unfortunately it seems to have practically every car make on it except from mine. Can anyone please help me, I have the following details from the radio;

24469306
Type CDR 2005(E)
0030142108106

Unfortunately the code for a CDR2005 radio made by SIEMENS /VDO (DELCO) is only available from your Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

It will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

Help with Astra stereo code please.

Left lights on overnight, batery died, and now cannot find code for the stereo! Without music on the move for over 2 weeks now.

Vauxhaull were really helpful....wanted £15+VAT to extract the stereo, and £25+VAT to supply the code. Told them when the oil well in my back garden starts producing, "I'll be back".

In the meanime can someone help?

Hi, am in a real jam.. replaced fuses and car stereo reset, have found this website.. managed to pull out stereo, serial number is M024703. Please help
