Hi Ste-hee, not got serial number, i guess it must be on back of radio, if it is any ideas how to access it as the radio is built in, thanks.

Use 'keys' off ebay , less than £3 , or trip to larger Halfords, or use small screwdrivers
or my fav , cut down wirecoat hanger
S/N usually on a yellow sicker on top/rear of radio.

Try holding down 6 and 1, or 6 and 2. You might get lucky and the serial number may be displayed (SNMxxxxxx). If not, you'll need to remove the unit - the serial will be on a sticker on the side of the unit - http://www.fitaudio.com/?View=entry&EntryID=146
