    Don't need a zero on your keypad. Looks like you've been inputting codes incorrectly.

    Hit '1' until you get 1st number in code (it will be shown on display), then '2' for second etc. When you're done, hit '5' to confirm the code.

    When i do that it stays as a ' - ' and does not change into a digit form

    i did try anyway with both codes I received - 2512 and 2510

    i then tried using select and the number 5 both as 'confirm' but still no cigar..

    anymore ideas?

    Does that model have a "select" button, if so press it first.
