Press AS plus the ON button at the same time and leave SWITCHED ON ..UNDISTURBED for at least 160 minutes (nearly 3 hours) and the radio should automatically reset itself.

The important bit is UNDISTURBED ...if disturbed , then the waiting time starts all over again from the beginning
