Sorry, V s:(ries are not available free or cheap on-line
Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

hi i have a ford tourneo 07 reg the batterys were disconected so need code the serial number is V011628 thanks in anticipation

would be forever indebted if you can. just bought an old BT van and its coming up 'lock 13' when i push the 3 and 4 buttons together.

i cant get the f-er out of the dash though to find a serial no. must be doing something obvious wrong. i can take the key pad off but there is 4 tiny holes, maybe i need a screwdriver for them?

its a Traffic 3000. the plate of the can is T958A0J

any help very much appreciated!

:eek:There is a technical name for your problem Starts with your description above but ends in -ed

Locked 13 is normally terminal, you could try turning it on and leaving, undesturbed, could taken an hour+

Not sure of removal of your unit, have a look HERE, see if you can find similar
