hi can anyone help me unlock my wifes phillips 400 no 90 532 621 GM0400W2103117 been given good advise but no joy yet

Could be a couple of reasons::
If this code was from vehicle paperwork then unit may have been changed in past, make sure the serial is from the actual radio (press 2+5 or 2+6) this on some models will show the the serial.
If not then you will have to remove it.

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
CODE with " - - - - " flashing
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " SELECT " to Enter If you do not have a SELECT then normally button 5 is pressed.
