  • New user here - morning!

I've been searching around for a unlock code for a CDR 2005 VDO stereo from a 2002 Vauxhall Corsa.

The only sites I've found want £25 minimum for the code, so wondered if any of the kind souls on here would be able to provide a code before I go shelling out £25 I don't really need to.

    Stereo details:

    No.: 24 469 306
    TYPE: CDR2005(E)
    Engraved serial number: 6M020521257025

Thank you, and any help would be much appreciated.
  • I would appreciate your help with my code. I purchased a Chrysler PT cruiser 2 days ago but because the battery was flat, the code was erased and there were no records in the audio book.

Yesterday I paid twice to 2 seperate companies offering to unlock the code but all they did was direct me to another website and to download some software. I downloaded the software but the Chrysler is not listed and my code does not seem to match all the audio systems listed. Can anyone help me, am running mad!!

    Serial Number: TQ1AA3210A5479
    Issue: 1
    Date code 3210
    Supplier: 17719a

    Thanks a bunch !
  • Hi
Have a Vauxhall Radio SC303 D (C) believe it to be a grundig.
    Serial No. GM 1303P6109399
    Other details on it are-

If anyone can help me with the code for this set it would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

If this is the correct Serial Number then unfortunately your code will only be available from your Vauxhall Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

Sorry, your code is not in my small Chrysler database.(which is for older Chrysler )

    Try emailing

    restoredclassic@aol.com

to see if they can help.

If not then your code will only be available from your Main Chrysler Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR 2005 ) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
  • Thanks RegWorts - I'll dip into my pocket!

    Cheers
