ah, the original is on one page, the answer on the next, silly me I thought the answer would stick to the question, never mind, I'll hunt the next page if it happens again.0

I don`t recognise the quoted Serial Number
Please quote the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing
The radio is fitted on my 02 plate corsa and therefore I cannot take it out as it doesn't come out and I have no paperwork for the radio.
The make and model is Phillips Car 2004.
It has just been pointed out to me that the number I posted is my chassis number!!! And not the serial number for the radio lol0 -
Hi,
I need the code for a Ford Focus CD6000 . The Part number is 4MST-18C815-AE and the Serial number is MO19271.
Any help would be appreciated - have just spent a small fortune on having the head gasket replaced and could do without forking out another £35 to the dealer...
Many thanks!0 -

To remove the Radio, you may need to remove four small Allen Key screws in the front panel before the removal tools can be inserted through the holes. Once the removal tools are inserted, push in until a click is felt, and then withdraw the radio. The cage and leads will probably remain fixed to the car.
If you do manage to remove it and post the serials etc here then note the following:
Please note that code entry is only possible with the ignition switched on, and in the order shown below. If the display shows a number less than 10, and the word SAFE, then the unit may be codelocked. If this is the case, leave it switched on for up to two hours and a further attempt at code entry should be possible.
Turn Off Stereo
Switch On Ignition (No Need To Start Engine)
Press & Hold Preset " AS " and
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" SAFE " And Then Shows " 10 - - - - "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press & Hold Preset " AS " Until the Unit Beeps
Hope this helps0 -
