9098 is correct code for that serial!
Firstly, have you checked the serial number (try pressing 2+6 or take unit out)
If the serial is the one above then it looks like your radio has been re-coded in the past.
If so I'm afraid it's off to the dealer :eek: or a local decoding service who will have to connect to a PC/Laptop to re-code again

Hmmm.....the plot thickens. Looks like yet another unit has been fitted since the 2007 invoice for a 5000 RDS.

The unit now installed appears to be a 6000CD RDS EON s/n M205243. That might explain it. Thanks in advance again if you can dig me out a code.
