One more little setback... My unit only displays 'LOCKED' along with the number 10 below it. What must I do for it to read 'CODE ----'? I tried leaving the radio on for one hour but it didn't change. Any ideas?

Ok! I found the solution for radios that show 'LOCKED 10'. Hold down button 6 for 15-30 seconds to make 'CODE ----' appear. Then enter your code as instructed above, and finally, don't forget to press 5 after the code and presto!

Ehhh, now let me think ..... wait half an hour maybe.

It would appear you have attempted several wrong entries of the code, this is a security measure, each attempt the wait time gets longer after 10 attempts it will show lock 10, it then requires resetting if you get as far as lock 13 then:eek:
