Try pressing 2 and 6, the serial might come up on the screen, otherwise pull the unit out and get the serial off the sticker on the back. What car / year is it ?

Sorry to be so slow replying but tried pressing 2 & 6 but nothing on display. Tried putting code in again but now locked out for 30 mins. Trying to get unit out but it's stuck at the bottom right. Not my day so far eh? Thanks for sticking with me.
