First - where did you get the code - from the veh documents? treat as suspect!

Second - before doing anything else - try pressing 2 + 6, on some models this will give the serial number. If it doesn't then remove the unit and check the serial - it should begin with an M then 6 numbers. Post on here.

Third - WAIT 30 - several attempts have been made to input WRONG CODE. Try switching the stereo on and leaving UNDESTURBED, could take up to an hour. This should clear and reset the stereo

You are a number short! serials have 6 digits.
Assuming you have missed a 0 at the start your code would be 1044

Hi there.

Just removed my tape radio from my ford connect to fit a cd player to find that the cd player is broken (a freebee from a mate:) ) so now need a code for orig tape player to get it to work again.

model is 3000 traffic
serial is mo36475
