Does anyone know the unlocking code for a Kenwood car radio
    MODEL- KR-179RA
    SERIAL - NUMBER KEO675N0403573

    Thanks in advance

Kenwood codes are normally only available via a Radio Decode Service.

However if yours has a remote control, then try emailing

    restoredclassic@aol.com

as they may have a decoding method that works

Hi - I would appreciate some help with an old Volvo V40 which I have just acquired.

The Radio (HU-605) is showing "OFF" and I can't get it to prompt for a KeyCode (which was provided in pack as 6636).

The Serial No is V02080 Y5199068.

Is there anyting I can do or does it need to go to a Car Radio Shop or Dealer?

    Many Thanks,

    Gumby

Try leaving it SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself. This may take several hours (possibly over 24 hours)

Let us know if successful or not
