Sorry its prob me I know nothing about cars.

When my dad switches the radio off the tape won't go in, but when he switches it back on the tape does go in so my dad is assuming that the stereo is still working but there is no sound at all from anything even the radio.

There is no display at all so it does looks like the stereo has no power but it must if the tape goes in when the power is on and doesn't when it is switched off.

Sorry I hope it makes sense.

Can anyone help me? I have recently had to replace the battery in my Ford Transit and I dont have the code for my stereo. It's driving me mad!!!!
