Hoping someone can help me find the radio code for my Renault Megane.

Serial RN259F10270053
Barcode 7700434422TM100

Radio reset when the battery went dead last weekend and can't find the log book where I'm sure the code was scribbled down.

Hi all, never been on a forum site before (don't even know how to ask a question), comes with age!!!
I bought an Astra and of course i have no radio code, don't want to line Main Dealer pockets, can someone help? Radio is CDR 500 (E). Serial no. GM050031872871. Would much appreciate some help, thanks.

There are two barcodes: 9022 213 99759 00 and 003 0002 2673555

Serial: GM0400Y2673555

Please check your Serial Number again to make sure it is correct.

If it is correct , then unfortunately your code will not be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as this Serial Number is not in the available PHILIPS database.

It requires access to the original manufacturer`s database which is only available from your Main Dealer .(and a few of the larger Professional Radio Decode Specialists)

Otherwise try a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop who will electronically "read "/ recode the memory chip (EEPROM) using a laptop and specialist software

Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO /DELCO codes (including your CDR500) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
