Got a replacement stereo off ebay for my VW. It is a GAMMA unit and the serial on the back is:

014VWZ1Z3W9039828

If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

The majority of VW radio codes ( including yours made by Blaupunkt) are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

As it is not in the original car then your only real option now is a Decode Service ( or local Car Radio / Audio Store) who will read/recode the code memory chip (EEPROM) using a laptop + specialist software
