If too many attempts have been made with wrong code it may be locked. Assuming you have power going to it - switch on the ignition and radio and leave it (could take up to couple of hours) if no more than 10 attempts have been made it should then unlock.

The display says CODE and one of the cursors is flashing but when you try pressing the buttons none of them work, there is power going to the stereo

Ok have just left ignition on with radio on and it now says CODE, all cursors are flashing and there is a number 1 at the bottom of the display

Not sure why you are not able to enter code

If you still cannot enter code, come back and we will see if RegWorts has any suggestions

Thanks for that but thats not the problem - when we press any button nothing happens at all and no numbers come up at all so we cannot enter any of the code.
