    Hi Damian, we need the units serial number, for Fords this is Mxxxxxx (6 digits). This can be found n a sticker (normally) on the top of the unit

    I just bought a vauxhall corsa 1.2i 16v comfort. the radio shows " 4 SAFE ". I cannot seem to get it off this screen. does that mean i have 4 attempts left or is it blocked?

    It means that 6 wrong codes have been entered previously.

    To reset , Leave SWITCHED ON ....UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.

    This could be several hours.

    Make sure you have the correct code + entry instructions

  • Thanks for the swift reply. Sorry if this is a silly question but should i leave my radio on for several hours straight, or can i make several journeys to work over a week period? If it is the first i may have to leave it on and run the battery down:confused:
