The normal method of resetting a locked radio is to LEAVE SWITCHED ON....UNDISTURBED to automatically reset itself

This may take several hours (up to 24 )as the waiting time doubles after each wrong code.
Normally , though, it is only an hour or two.

Volvo do not make radios but affix their badge onto radios made by the well known manufacturers (Alpine,Mitsubishi, Philips etc) so first your radio has to be identified to see whether a code is readily available..

So post ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on any BARCODES, LABELS or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING. Quote everything you can find.
