I have a vauxhall vectra W reg can anyone help with the cd code please. We had to change the battery and cant find the code.

What is showing on the screen, LOCK10 or LOCK13. If LOCK10 then turn radio off, hold button 6 while turnng radio on. You then get 3 attempts. If it is LOCK13 as far as I am aware there is no DIY procedure. There are rumours of holding 5 for 15 seconds or holding 6 for 15 seconds but there does not seem to be anybody coming back saying it worked.

Unfortunately DELCO codes are not obtainable for free (using the Serial Number) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database which is only available to the Main Dealer or one the larger professional Decode Services.

The alternative is for your radio to be taken/posted to a Decode Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
