Problem is that I can't make it out on the label what exact number is...

Just out of curiosity - what is the make/model of the unit?

If no one can help then afraid the only option is the dealer or a garage/high street unlock service

Because the software available to us is only capable of providing codes for serial Nos. beginning with A, L , C or M. Sorry
