Car Radio Unlocking

Same thing happened to me after a visit to the garage. How do you get the radio out of the car in the first place? Mine has those 2 holes on each side for some kind of tool?

My Ford Focus 6000CD has a serial number of V251833, any help with a free radio code would be appreciated. Rich.

Please could someone help.
I have an `R` reg Mondeo with a 7000rds E.O.N double size radio casstte
On the paper on top it reads
FD700 V M043082
From june 02 End 260 723

And on the plate/paper at the back of the radio is
MD089733X
When the radio is switched on it does come up with the correct car Reg number

Had to have new battery fitted

Please quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY BARCODES , LABELS or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.

There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or GM or PH or similar (often found stamped in the metal casing ) so please quote EVERYTHING you can find
