Sorry to be a bit stupid but do you (or anyone else) know how we enter the 8? The numbers only go up to 6!

LOL!

You press button 1 until the first number of the code is displayed.
Then press button 2 until the 2nd no is displayed, and so on until all four digits of the code are displayed. Then press button 5 to accept the code. :j

The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .
Then please quote ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.

Here is a video showing how to remove your radio from the dashboard. A pair of extractors are required (available from Ebay , Halfords ) but these can be made from 2 pieces of bent, wire coat-hanger or 4 small drills(using the blunt end) or 4 small Allen Keys or 4 small screwdrivers or 4 nails or even 4 darts.

An assistant is useful to pull the radio out whilst you are releasing the 4 securing clips

Put in the code and it worked, you're a legend Reg. Can't get a radio signal though, so might just rip the darned thing out and put a CD player in now instead.
