    Hello, me again :)

Well, I phoned them and they said they've been paying me based on this year's income as it's been reduced significantly.

But when I argued with them that if they had been paying me based on last year's income I'd be better off they simply didn't know what to say.

Can someone give me an idea on what to do now, please? Should I lodge an appeal?
All I know is I'm worse off £10.00 a week in each of the benefits and that makes really worried.

If anyone can help it'd be appreciated.

    Thanks
