missing kipper No 2.....:cool:0 -
No we didn't. Some dumb barmaid thought it would be funny to spike DH's drinks the night before, so he wasn't too well on on the day and I was 23 weeks pregnant with DS1 and too tired, we just went to sleep(despite already having had a kip between wedding and reception!). Wasn't important for us to do it on our wedding night, we were doing it before and we've been doing it ever since.0

We did. We actually it wasn't on the night, more the afternoon after the reception (we had a very early reception!). I was still in full regalia.........
Lovely memories.0 -
The stains don't half scare the chambermaid though ...Quackers wrote:I am, of course, talking about 'it'. 'it' is eating chocolate cake in bed isn't it?
That is what we are all talking about isn't it?
There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

No, of course not. DH was too rat ar$ed and fell asleep on the floor.
Mind you, we already knew what it was like, so I guess it was nothing special.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
Well I'm weird because I hated my wedding day and still break into a cold sweat thinking about it (c'mon Panda, what's your guess......... I'll tell you at the end). I couldn't bear being the centre of attention, having to be sociable, and the worst bit of all was all the friends/neighbours waiting outside the house when I left despite my mum promising there was no-one there!! I dided a thousand deaths.
In answer to the original question, I don't know how, but we did do "it" (not chocolate cake eating!!) even though I was in the early stages of gastric flu (stress related I'm sure).
And guess what? We're still together 11 years later (19 years altogether).
JxxxAnd it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end0 -
We had a row and slept back to back....any guesses, Panda??
Yes divorced within 2 years....but best decision I EVER made.0 -
We had a very nice bit of rumpy pumpy after the party even though I was convinced neither of us would feel up to it, in fact we couldn't help ourselves!!

Think we had a row too:rolleyes: ..we 'did' it...but all I remember is being angry with him because one of his 'mates' let off a party popper in my face...so I spent the whole evening with a sore eye...:oObstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal.0
