Ltd Company Business Savings Account

I set up my own Limited Company from April this year. I have a business account with HSBC but think the savings account they offer to link to the business account has a very poor rate 0.5%. Can anyone advise on a good business savings account to put the business money in to whilst waiting to pay tax returns and accumulate profits? Does the linked business savings account need to be of the same bank as the main business account? ie To get a better rate do I need to change business account too? Any advice really really welcome. Thanks.

Depending on the amounts involved you might want to try and ask your business manager about term deposits (normally £50k min).0

Hi, thank you for your reply. I'm not quite up to the heights of £50k, maybe by the end of the year, so that's one for me to remember!
Does your business savings account need from your business bank then?
Sorry for my ignorance!0
