VENT: Terrible Customer Service & Complaints

I have created this post to ensure that any banking customer complaints can be easily viewed at any time. It is my intention to move such posts to the vents board leaving a summary here. The summary will include a link directly to the post in the vent board, the complaint outline, date of complaint & finally the date resolved.

Alliance & Leicester "Premier Plus Account" posted by moneymart on
27th August 2004. Moneymart's complaint is that A & L are taking far
to long in setting up the account. Representives are unappologetic
for the delays & additional expenses incurred as a result. On the 15th
September 2004 moneymart cancels the Premier Plus Account. Click Here
Clydesdale Bank posted by one-non-blonde on 8th February 2005. "ONB"
has been experiencing excessive account charges, can you help "ONB"
to recover them Click Here.
Nationwide Building Society posted by student100 on 8th February 2005.
Student100 sent a secure message over a week ago instead of spending
too long on their customer service telephone line. After two further secure
messages student100's query has finally been answered. Is this a one off
or have you had similar delays with NWBS secure messaging. Click Here.

This is a test thread and if not suitable all changes will be reversed & post's restored to the original places.

Please feel free to add a post to the "Budget & Current Account Board" saying if you have posted a banking complaint directly on the vent board. Whilst I will make every effort to include banking complaints to this thread by checking the vent board regularly this will assist us in ensuring none are missed.
