Villa Rentals?

Hi All,
Myself and 4 girlfriends are looking for a week away sometime next year. As the prices of hotels etc are pretty expensive we have the idea of renting a villa for a week.
We are looking for somewhere with a couple of bedrooms, near to the beach and near to some decent nightlife (we are all aged between 21 and 24). We are thinking Majorca, Tenerife or Gran Canaria to start with. We don't really want to go to Turkey/Tunisia.
Budget is around £50-£70 pp for the villa for a week.
Does anybody have any recs of companies we can use?
Thanks in advance.

www.holidayrentals.co.uk but for £300 a week in summer you'll need to look round Alicante in Spain. I don't think you'll get Majorca or the Canaries for that price..0

I think you will be very lucky to get a 2 bed villa for between £250-£350 for a week unless its well outside the high season. Apartments are typically a cheaper option.

we used https://www.villarenters.com for a town house in Malaga and a villa in Orlando, both were absolutely fine, the company takes the money and passes it onto the owner which is why we chose it, as it means no foreign currency cheques etc.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Seems like a good plan but be careful. Pay by credit card and avoid anyone who asks for payment by cheque in advance."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

I've used Owners Direct several times and found them reasonably priced but that price is pretty low that you're asking for. I did a quick search for a week mid May in Mallorca and strugled to get into that budget. You may have to do more trawling round some of the smaller sites but just take the preacautions as advised above...if it seems too good to be true price wise it probably is.
You may be better off trying for aprtments as part of a package - villas are often aimed at families/adults and so won't be as cheap0 -
Thanks all, we will be flying from Exeter, we can get cheap flights through flybe if we book early enough. We can fly to Malaga, Palma and Alicante from Exeter.
We ideally want to keep it as low as we can as all we really want is a week in the sun
Will check out the websites listed, thanks again,0 -

Hi Kay, not sure if you have found a villa yet, but there is a list here - http://triplinky.com/villas/
Good luck and have a great time.

Although a vacation in Bali usually conjures peaceful scenery of white sand beaches and private Bali villa rentals, the island is also an ideal destination for those who are looking forward to the rejuvenating effect of shopping or experiencing an exciting nightlife.0
