Burn in Quartz Worktop

I’ve spent the morning ring around local granite/quartz suppliers (including the company that installed it) asking if they do repairs but it seems like it can’t be repaired!! I have however spoken to a company called plastic-surgeon fine finishes and they say they can repair it (although no guarantees till they see it) they charge £80 for the first hour and £40 for the second plus VAT and they said it should take no longer than two hours. Plus if they can’t repair it then there’s no charge so hopefully nothing to lose.
Just after some advice really on how to repair the damage, or on plastic-surgeon fine finishes if anyone’s used them before. Any help would be great.

This is always the problem when kitchens become a showroom and not a place to work in
You'll never get an invisible repair. Best to just put a mat over it0 -
You could try doing something similar to this article on worktop repair
they mention laminate in the article but I'm sure you could do it with quartz. If you do you can just make sure you get a nice quartz slab/tile so it matches your existing. I guess it also depends where the damage is.
