Lloyds Incentive Saver changed to Easy Saver without notice

I just logged into my Lloyds accounts and noticed that my Incentive Saver has been transferred to an Easy Saver.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks, I just worked out that I opened it 12 months ago.
'Account open for 12 months, after this the account converts to an Easy Saver.'
They wrote to me about my regular saver maturing, but I did not recieve notification by post re incentive saver.0 -

Have maxed out LTSB Vantage? It pays 4.0% on balance 5K to 7K with no strings.
