Moving area and on Income Support

I am trying to get my disabled Sister to move nearby so I can look after her.She gets DLA which I think is transferable with a notification of change of address. However she also gets Income Support with a Disability Premium and would appreciate any advice as to whether she would have to make a new claim and therefore have to go on Employment Support Allowance.

Get her to phone the Benefit Delivery Centre which covers the new address. They'll send out the change of address forms she needs. It's not a new claim, it's a change on an existing claim. So she'll be staying on Income Support for the time being.I no longer contribute to the Benefits & Tax Credits forum.0
