Maybe its me but you seem to be very down and defeated at the moment.

It was said with love. Please don't take offence
I may be a little down - combination of weather, having a week's holiday with no money to go anywhere with - but I am certainly not defeated!
I love my job, I have managed to hang on to my house and I am still standing a year on from a complete turning upside down.
I would just like to 'up my income' a little but seem to be hitting brick walls!
And I have always loved Eyeore.

Sending lots of hugs everyone;s way.
Buffy, I hope you feel better soon.
Luc, that's how I feel at the moment. DOesn't help that oh has spent lots of ££'s on a car with no job. Ok he's trying to find one but we've now gone from having a nice comfy barrier to one for 5 months.
Hey ho, suchj is life. Dust myself down and get on with it!

LMC - What's he going to do with the car if he goes back to his old job???"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

Gemz - Turn your negative thoughts on the tickets into positive ones.
At least you managed to get something back on them and the money you would have spent whilst there can go into your house pot.
PMA all the way.
That's very true Pooky, the spending money will go into the pot at the end of the month

That's the thing Pooky, when I asked he shrugged his shoulders. I think we'd end up selling my little car, keeping his and then when hes back again buy me a cheap run around.
I think that spending the money on the car has possibly spurred him on to start looking for jobs seriously0 -
Just registered to be alerted when they take people on for the 2011 census.0

A bit random but does anyone have an idea of what herbs/spices work well with mackerel? I usually just pour on some lemon or lime juice but fancy something a bit tastier.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
