Had a phone call from the above company offering to claim the PPI back on my credit card. This was back in May. Cost to me was £195.00, although they insisted the service was free.
Had a letter last week stating that the company was experiencing difficulties and may have to "Cease Trading".
Just discovered that you cannot contact them by phone and their website is unreachable.
Any advice would be much appreciated as to what course of action to take; if any.
Thanks
