How much for skimming wall?

Options
I need a media wall I have created skimmed. The approx area is 13m2. There are a couple additional complications (I assume) of 3 recesses in the front of the wall, so additional trim work/edges.

I'm in London.

Any idea what a reasonable price would be for this? Of course, I will get a couple quotes, but if a figure comes in from recommended and its within the bounds of reasonable then I am tempted to go ahead as need this job completed a.s.a.p.

Hi John, Not sure about London prices but up here in the cotdwolds I would charge myself out a a whole day (would'nt take me all day though) so it would be £150 + materials. Reason for this is I doubt I would get to another job the same day.

Thanks. I received a quote of £220 from someone recommended so wondered whether this was reasonable.

if that includes materials then he/she is only £50 more than would be charged around here - so I assume this is fine for London.
(Its always good to get a recommendation also, so I'd say go for it)

If all boarded and prepped you should be able to get a meterage rate. Think its about £3pm here excl mats

I think he'll struggle to get a plasterer to do 13 sq metres at £3 metre - £39, not worth getting the kit of the van.
