mine has validated at £25. i went to compose a query, it seemed to automatically come up with the 75 missing as the amount but it also needs a cust. ref no that i can't see anywhere. tried the acc. no but no joy. so i can't send off the query.
any tips? think it will correct itself at the next step?

No, its on the step beforing claiming. I'm a newbie to this - I know nothing:o - I only joined for the O2 offer.0 -

Has anyone else just received £25 cashbach via Quidco? Mine was definately done within the offer period, and tracked etc.
I have now actually received the £25 only!0 -
I had two Sim only contracts. The first tracked at £25 and was validated at £100. The second tracked at £25 and was paid at £25!
I hope yours is paid at £100, but I am having difficulties querying it at the moment too.0 -
Anyone know when this offer is coming about again? Could do with s nice cheap deal. I need more mins. I hope the £200 one comes back!If i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.0

Mine tracked/paid at £25. I have now received this and can't even be bothered to appeal or whatever they call it. Mainly as they ask for a Customer account number, which I can't get as when I try to log in it says it doesn't recognize my number?!
Also the only number for online deals I can find is an 0844 one including those on saynoto0870, and this number keeps you on hold for ages.
I think the reason I got £25 rather than £100, is because I transfered my 'old' number to my new account. O2 must have realised I was not a new customer.
I'm not complaining though. The £15 is still a decent deal and it saves me a fiver a month.0 -
I queried the missing £75 with quidco. As of yesterday it has been validated on both contracts at the correct amounts:beer:
Restores a little of my faith in Quidco.0 -
