All signed up, but cash back account still says I haven't started yet.
Does it take a while?0 -
I got this when the offer was on in March. Took quite a while for it to track initially (longer than most) and my sim did not arrive, so had to query when the bill started but all came good in the end.0

Does anyone know whether the iPhone deal works with the iPhone 4? (this phone uses microsim, rather than the standard size simcard)0

I got this contract last year through Quidco. There was initially a lot of uncertainty about the £100 but it came thru, although it took several months in my case - most cases I believe.topcashback says it tracks at £25 initially but then will pay out at £100
Please note, this merchant takes a minimum of 2 days for tracking to occur and will initially track at lower amount and later uplift to the correct amount.
and under comments for O2 says
I have used the cashback site for o2 3 times now it tracked very quickly and payment of £100 became payable exactly 8 weeks later. Will be definately using again
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/retailersextrasO2.htmThe atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -
I took out a similar mobile contract last August, cashback via Quidco was paid in October. My broadband taken out in January, again via Quidco, cashback was paid at the end of March.0

When you say came thru, does it get credited to your "cash back" account & they send you a cheque or do you use it to buy goods online?0 -
you get an initial status of "pending" after a few days ,then this should change to "confirmed" but this is the step that may take some time. it should next change to "payable" which means you can get them to transfer the money to your bank account ( if you have already set it up) . The final status is "claimed" once this has happened.
if it fails to track at all then you need to open a ticket to get them to look into it (I've never had a non-tracker yet)Ex forum ambassador

ooh , and the 2nd question about changing to an iphone tariff should be no problem if you phone up customer service , worse case you are extending to 12 months again from the date you change the tariffEx forum ambassador
