any legal right on being told to leave my family home (council house)

Hi my partner and i are splittign up, this is sonthing she wants, also she wants me out of the house which is owned by peddars way housing assosiation, her name is on the tennancy but i have lived with her in a peddars way place for 5 years 3 of them which are on this current house, do she have any right to tell me to leave straight away?
i currently have no place to go so realy lost and of course upset ver this split.

You don't have many rights as an excluded occupier, which may make it difficult for you to enforce any other tenancy rights, such as getting repairs done.- Your landlord does not need to prove a legal reason or get a court order in order to evict you.
- You are entitled to "reasonable notice" but this does not have to be in writing.
- If you cannot negotiate with your landlord to stay longer, you will need to find alternative accommodation quickly.

You're hopefully a normal healthy bloke: If so sorry, but in housing terms you'll be very low priority. Go see Council Housing dept & present yourself as "Imminently Homeless" - they may help but may well not.
Also start contacting local letting agencies, B&Bs, newsagents windows advertising rooms/bedsits..

If your a healthy single man, get a house share (share a room in a 4 bedroom house with other like minded paying individuals), shouldnt cost so much and ebven minimum wage can cope with paying etc.0
