how far back can i claim ppi?

hi-i recently had success in claiming ppi for my dad then found we also had it missold-i didnt pursue it as it was 7 years ago that we took out the loan.(sept 2003)but now i see companies are offering to help people with loans up to 10 years old.do i have a case?
april 2015-april2016...mark knofler tickets,sarah millican tickets, easter gift box

Its fine to make the complaint even if the loan was taken out 7 years ago. I agree with Marshallka, go for it.
Lots have been successful in making reclaims of PPI even from the 90's.
