If so, have a look at page 18 of the above doc.
In other words, as soon as you start using the telephone service, your right to cancellation ends.
I may be wrong, but that's my opinion.
Ahhh funny you should mention that, you've jogged my memory. I seem to recall as long as you dont place a sim card in the phone and obv dont damage it, then its classed as "unused"
