Ive been getting this when i try to complete the evidence part, where it asks you to say what you'll be sending. Sometimes the box is ticked as completed and sometimes not, but either way i get the same error message.
Strange i know but ive just sent off the evidence anyway and shall call them tommorow if it still says incomplete.
Someone else on here said try pressing 0 when the automated voice is talking to get through to a real person.Everyone who thanks me when ive helped will get a 5% share when I win this weeks Euromillions......:p0 -
Hi I have the same problem - not able to access my acount application at all not since February this year!!
I have made numerous phone calls to them about it but nothing has changed. Hope you get lucky and get it sorted!!Finally dealing with debt0 -
My daughter had the same problem this week with SFE website, she was trying to change universities as she got in at her insurance choice not 1st choice, when she tried to change information online the website just kept saying there was an error. She rang SFE, they just told her to download the correct form, complete it and send it as a hard copy in the post, I think their website must be in meltdown!0

When my son first made his application he got to the bit for my details but I never got sent the e-mail and was unable to link my account to his. In the end I downloaded forms and sent them in paper copy. Then when he went in again it seemed to have sorted, my details were in there but I still got no e-mail from them. But my partner (not his dad) WAS linked to him and did get the e-mail...so we had the ridiculous situation where my OH is linked to my son but I'm apparently not even though they've acknowledged forms declaring finances for both of us and are clearly taking my finances into account for making the loan/grant.
I would recommend calling them though as my friends daughter had problems when she had to change to her insurance choice uni. She couldnt get in and when she rang they said they had no record of her e-mail or home address even though e-mails and post had been sent to both. Turned out there was another girl with the same name applied for the same 1st choice uni and they'd overwritten my mates DD details with this other girls. In a way it was a good thing she had to change uni or she would have assumed it was all OK and the uni wouldnt have got paid, let alone her own accommodation loan0
