please help with slow netbook. logs posted

hello
i have a baby dell which keeps crashing and going sooo slow lately.
i did get the memory upgraded to the maximum a few months back but it doesnt seem to hav helped.

basically all i need the netbook for is:
checking my emails
browsing internet - internet shopping
facebook & some facebook games (use flash)

i was using chrome but got annoyed with flashplayer crashing constantly. am trying firefox but its not much better.

having read few posts on here have done the recommended scans and will post logs below.
I would be vvvv grateful if someone cud take a look and see if you can spot anything which cud be slowing me down and cud be fixed :T
