I should be paying £35 per month but have been paying £45 per month i have not payed it for 2 months and they have got a collection agency involved i emailed the tmobile website but didnt get a decent answer. I was wondering if other people have had this problem or am i within my rights to cancell the contract, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Do you get a bill in the post?

Vodafone added VAT on top of my bill.
Also sometimes things get added, like stuff they allow you to have for free for a month-3 months. I think mine was the internet and when the free time is gone they dont stop it but keep charging.
or using more calls/texts then minutes you've paid for (might be hard on a contract so high priced)
