As I said it's ok for snapshots. But the OP wants a phone for "business needs". It sounds like he/she wants to take "good photos" for his/her job.0 -
...It makes me always smile when I see people in a concert 100 meters from the stage with a phone trying to take a picture of the band...

Using flash at a concert? aww, you think your little camera's flash will reflect light from 100 meters away? I wouldn't trust my SLR's external flash to do that, it's only effective up to about 35 foot
Anyhoo, the best camera i've known on a phone was back on my Sony K850i .. the Xenon flash did the business. However, they eat battery for breakfast and you're unlikely to see one on a 'smartphone' without it being a bit chunky.0 -

Wow, didn't know that it could be that bad
With a "good" camera you get images like this, and that's not even a SLR, just a Nikon S4 compact camera...
Edit: this picture was taken from the balcony at other end of the O² arena, just to see it in comparison to the other posted pictures

I think my canon sx210 is better :P Anyway, I agree with everyone else. If you want to take good pics, just get a wee digicam, so cheap now anyway. But, if you insist on getting a camera phone instead, go for a sony ericsson, they were the best when I had mine. I went to iphone, which doesn't take good pics so don't bother with it0

Yes, flash is an absolute NO NO at concerts. It was worse a few years back when people were allowed to smoke in concert halls. But still, there are always particles in the air which reflect the light from your flash and make them brighter than the objects you wanted to take pictures of...0
