Lidl Cycle Gear

Hi,

I noticed Lidl are advertising cycling clothes and equipment.

Before i drive down there is it any good?

I am really after a waterproof jacket - was goiing to order one online from one of the cycling supermarket types (evans, chain reaction, wiggle) until i noticed em on lidl website.

They have a track pump too and i thought their hiking shoes might be good enough for riding the bike.

Anyone tired any of their gear?

The Lidl & Aldi cycling stuff is usually of a decent quality and reasonable price when its on offer. You need to be there early to be sure to get the correct size/colour- all the cycling forums are usually interested (quite obviously)in these offers. Try bikeradar for more opinions. I have one of the lidl cycling jackets and its ok- but I also have one of the Aldi jackets and its preferable because its more breathable- don't sweat so much. One of my mates has the lidl track pump and he seems to rate it.
