Powergen still advertising for capped prices
I have just seen an advert on the TV for Powergen's capped prices. How responsible is that? There has been much publicity about considerable reduction in prices and about the length of time needed for these to filter through. Their advert is for capped prices until 2010. I don't know if they can lock you in until then but I bet they attract many unsuspecting people.
