cex - absolutely awful service

I recently made an online order for some software on the 14th August,with it costing £95 it should have been dispatched next day delivery.Since then I have had no reply to 3 emails,you cannot call them as they have no phones and though their website states they don't take the money until item is dispatched they took the funds the following day! This has to be marked down as the worse company I have ever dealt with online and they have lost a lot of future business from myself and from word of mouth from me....its a shame as some prices are very good.....I just wanted to warn those that didn't know to watch out for these cowboys!!

I recently made an order with CeX... (as I had CeX vouchers -> Which I sent via recorded delivery last week, still no payment into my account...)

I purchased a Wii Motion Plus. The advert did not state that it would not come with the jacket or box. Now, obviously, the jacket is an essential part, in order to put the wii remote and the motion plus together safely.

I received neither the box, nor the jacket. Now, I understand that instructions are not guaranteed. Upon checking their terms and conditions, I should have received the jacket and the box... When I e-mail them, they don't reply until I E-mail then AGAIN after 9 days, to which they reply "The box is not guaranteed".

I e-mailed them with the relevant terms & conditions and received no reply after a few days.

Not good service at all!
