I want to get my wife an Ereader for her birthday next month but which Ereader is best
The Kindle 3 appears pretty good - has free (for life ?) 3G connectivity and supposedly allows web browsing, how does this work - does it have a internal SIM ?
Any other suggestions ?

I've got a Sony PRS-600. I like it but it does have its critics, same as all ebook readers! I don't really feel the need to be able to buy ebooks via my reader as I like to shop around a lot of websites to get the best price, and I can't see that web browing on them would be too great, so the connectivity may or may not be worth it in the end.
I'd suggest going to a shop and trying a few out in person, as the way they work and feel to use was really important to me when I was choosing my one.0 -
