Insure don't pay cashback

I took out house and contents with Insure and was supposed to get £75 cashback when I took it out in Jan. Suffice to say they have still not paid up and Cashbackrewards don't seem to be able to do anything other than "Chase the network"

Just a warning. Is there anything I can do myself to get them to pay ?:mad:

Contact the escalated customer services and complain and ask them to check if they have paid the affiliate network the commission and if they don't get back to you just ask for someone high up in the marketing department. They always like to hear if there was a abuse of their marketing budgets.
