I've been lurking for a long time and just watching posts in general but I figured I should join and be helpful for once haha.

VOUCHER CODES!!!

This is where you find them if you do not recieve an e-mail. I had a problem with this myself and someone in customer service walked me through it. Knowledge sharing, right haha?

1. Log into your Groupon/MCD account
2. In the top right corner, click the "My Account" link
3. You should then see a "My Orders" tab. Click this, all your deals, including the voucher codes will be listed there!

That way if you lose one, you still have access! I hope this was helpful!

Agree, haven't had any problems with Groupon......... get vouchers from 'my account'.

Have phoned them up once and they answered immediately and dealt with my query in a swift manner.

Truprint are doing 50% off all photobooks except custome covers (the ones with a whole photo as the cover) and their service was fantastic.
I ordered on the tuesday and it was here the following monday, i normally wait longer than that just for prints from photobox. Really would recommend them.

With the photobox offer, it is not as simple as normal. They send you one email to say it is coming, then another email with the code. The code does not appear in your "vouchers" section on the website. I think they were innundated first time around, and were slow sending out vouchers. And in some cases, people's spam filters remove the emails before they are read, which doesn't help.

I can only say that all my codes from any deal with Groupon have been delivered promptly including this one. I read the t&c's and it was clear to me that the coupon had to be used in one go - I'm getting 3 large posters for £12 inc p&p, a bargain as the quality is very good.

Just to clarify, I've had no voucher sent to me by any means of communication whatsoever. I've been inundated with their spam emails, and they have taken my money with no problems, but they cannot send a simple code by one of the fastest means of communication possible.

I have not lost this voucher, because it has never been sent to me.

You can recommend these cowboys all you like. Congratulations on having been one of the lucky ones in the groupon lottery :T. Good luck to all who enter in future.

Groupon lottery, good luck to all who enter, oh and only heave a sigh of relief when you have designed AND paid for that photobook. Problems when entering the code too!

give them a call (free to call) - i did and got my codes within an hr or two. usually your codes are in your 'account' box - but not the photobox ones-a sep e mail comes thro
